You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. In other words, you can return the item free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
Customised/requested products and engraved items unfortunately cannot be returned as the products have been customised according to your specifications.
How should I return my order?
Please send an e-mail to coby@urnencenter.nl containing your order number. You will then receive a return slip from us. For correct handling of your return, we ask you to complete the return form complete and add it to the shipping box. Remove the old shipping label and stick the return ticket you received from us on the box. Take the - if reasonably possible - original shipping box and unopened products to a shipping point such as PostNL and return the parcel free of charge.

You can also use the European withdrawal form to notify us that you are abandoning the purchase. However, use of this form is not compulsory.
