You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. In other words, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, but in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Customised/requested products and engraved items cannot be returned as the products have been customised according to your specifications.
How should I return my order?
For proper handling of your return, we ask you to complete the return form fill in completely and add it to the shipping box. Take the - if reasonably possible - original shipping box and unopened products to a shipping point of e.g. PostNL and return the parcel. Remove the old shipping label. The cost for a return shipment is approximately €7.25. These costs are at your expense.
