The highest quality stainless steel 316 has been used for this urn. This stainless steel inox urn is partly black matt-coated and is suitable for storing the ashes of two or four people. The urn is suitable for placement indoors.

Delivery time of the urn

The urn is handmade especially for you by our craftsmen. Therefore, the delivery time of this memorial item is around 1 to 3 weeks. We know from experience that in most cases the urn can be shipped earlier. But to avoid disappointment, we communicate a delivery time of 1 to 3 weeks.

Filling and assembling the stainless steel urn

All accessories for filling and sealing the urn are included. The stainless steel urn is sealed with high-strength double-sided sealing tape that can be loaded with very high tensile strength. Filling the stainless steel urn is easy. Proceed as follows:

1. Empty the plastic bag provided into the urn and keep a portion outside.
2. Use the protruding part as a funnel and pour the ashes into this.
3. Seal the plastic bag with the tyrap provided and insert it completely into the opening of the urn.
4. After this, make sure the internal fitting edge of the urn is well free of dust, grease and moisture. Use the cloth provided for this purpose.
5. Remove the protective film from the lid and carefully place it against the edge of the ash container opening.
6. Close the ash container by pressing the lid into the rim in one movement; a properly closed lid should not protrude above the other material. The bottom is now flat.
7. Press the lid firmly and the urn is closed.

Of course, you can also leave the filling of the urn to the crematorium or funeral director.

Engraving

Applying text or graphics to stainless steel is very possible and of high quality. There are 2 ways.

1. Discolour the polished material black so that text or an image becomes visible.

2. Mechanical engraving, where it is possible to colour the engraved part with lacquer. (This is only possible for texts and contour drawings on a flat surface).
